Senior Paralegal
Stephanie A. Underwood is a senior paralegal with Smith & Files, LLC. Having received her Paralegal Certificate from Emory University, Stephanie has been a law firm administrator and paralegal in the field of family law since 2006.
Prior to joining Smith & Files, Stephanie worked for several prestigious Atlanta firms, in addition to working as a legal courier and process server. She possesses extensive experience in dealing with complex financial issues and intricate litigation matters, as well as a vast knowledge of the Georgia Court System. In addition to a paralegal certification, Stephanie has earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Georgia State University in Drawing and Painting. Stephanie is a DeKalb County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Volunteer.
An Atlanta native, Stephanie lives in Decatur with her daughter, Laurel, and two dachshunds.
