Tammy T. Brady has practiced family law exclusively since earning her law degree at the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina.
Tammy has experience in all types of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, family violence protective order, legitimation, paternity, alimony, separate maintenance, name change, and contempt actions. In addition, she has experience in Estate Planning including will, power of attorney and healthcare directive preparation.
Tammy is an active member of the Family Law Section of the DeKalb Bar Association where she acted as Vice-Chair from 2019-2020. She was chosen by the DeKalb Bar as a presenter for the 2020 Not Your Everyday Custody Case CLE.
A native of South Carolina, was born in Columbia and received her undergraduate degree from at Clemson University where she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Political Science.
Tammy is a member of Mount Moriah Church in Tucker, GA where she is an active member of the Worship and Arts Team and subcommittee of the Board of Directors. Tammy lives in Stone Mountain with her husband and son, and enjoys spending time at the park and going on adventures with her small family.
